Sept. 14, 2006     Agreement of conditions for dig signed by Newport legal counsel and Foundation.

July 12, 2006     Newport Mayor signs RHODE ISLAND HISTORICAL PRESERVATION & HERITAGE COMMISSION permit.

June 28, 2006     Third presentation to Newport City Council.

June 2006     Resistivity survey of Touro Park by Dan Lynch to refine targets and confirm earlier GPR findings.

March 22, 2006     Second presentation to Newport City Council.

November 2005     Foundation hires Ray Pasquariello as project archeologist.

October 2005     Foundation applies for permission to conduct archaeological field investigations from the RHODE ISLAND HISTORICAL PRESERVATION & HERITAGE COMMISSION.

October 2005     Foundation President meets with Rhode Island State Archeologist Paul Robinson and meets criteria for excavation in Touro Park.

May 12, 2004     First presentation to Newport City Council.

May 2004     First version of our report, "Finding Under Touro Park", prepared.

April 9, 2004     Chronognostic Research Foundation, Inc. incorporated and IRS 501(c)3 non-profit tax exempt status approved.

October 2003     Our original GPR Survey of Touro Park.

September 2003     Obtain permission from Newport for ground penetrating radar (GPR) of Touro Park.
